Credit Manager Console
The OfficeTorque FRM Console is designed to assist credit managers to follow up slow payers, collect payments and get problems solved quickly and easily. Credit Managers can convert a “commit to pay” into an actual credit card or paperless direct debit authorisation, over the phone. If required, you can quickly set up a schedule of recurring repayments. Queries and disputes can be lodged and tracked through to resolution.
Payments are captured and processed over the phone using our fully PCI compliant virtual terminal or via an emailed direct link to an online payment gateway.
Results include commit to pay ratios – upwards of 80%.
The Credit Manager Console can be purchased as a standalone web based system, requiring no integration. It is quick to deploy, easy to use, and can be upgraded to a fully integrated FRM solution at any time.
